I responded to a post from someone that reached out to HeaWea over a software issue. I simply posted I was having the same issue and a HeaWea person reached out to me as well. We had to communicate from across the globe time differences, but they were on top as soon as they opened up. End result – great response and my issue was fixed based on their feedback/response. I’d heard their support was great and now I can say I’ve experienced it being great first hand. The MicroGen has helped me with a number of issues already in the month I’ve had it.
