Hello John and thank you so much. I started using the Microgen the day after I received it. I had to re install the drivers before I could use it, but all good now! During the time I was waiting for delivery I had quickly developed a gout episode or perhaps a re occurrence of the spur under my right foot. By the time I started using Microgen it was the fourth day of development and I was needing the crutches to get around because of the pain. Your software was incredibly easy to use and the encyclopaedia made it easy to find my symptoms and select the appropriate frequencies. The first day of use produced great results and on the second day I could walk unassisted with a bit of a limp. The third day I didn’t use It because there was only a little residual pain. Now today on the fourth day you would never know I went through such pain as I can’t feel anything in my foot at all. I am certainly going to purchase a second unit for back up or lending out to family or friends. I can’t thank you and your team enough for bring this amazing instrument forward for the betterment of humanity. Kindest regards.
