Healing Frequency for Vagus Nerve

The vagus nerve is one of the most important and longest nerves in the body, playing a crucial role in the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for “rest and digest” functions. It connects the brain to various organs, including the heart, lungs, and digestive system, helping to regulate processes like heart rate, breathing, and digestion.

When activated, the vagus nerve can promote relaxation, reduce inflammation, and support overall well-being. It’s often linked to reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, and enhancing gut health. Various methods, like deep breathing exercises, meditation, or even using specific frequencies, can stimulate the vagus nerve to help restore balance in the body.

Understanding the vagus nerve and how to engage it can have a powerful impact on health, particularly in managing stress and improving emotional resilience.

    Mike,

Could you please list the Frequency (in Hz) that you are playing? About half the time I cannot hear anything when I play the video. Probably because the frequency is too low. If I know what the frequency is, I can double it or listen to a higher harmonic. Thank you!
